Dr. Ann Arthur
Ophthalmology in NYC
The daughter of Grenadian immigrants, Dr. Ann V. Arthur was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University before earning her medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine. She completed her internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, her residency in the Department of Ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University and her fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital.
In addition to providing excellent, compassionate care to pediatric and general ophthalmology patients, she has volunteered as a teacher and a physician in the United States and abroad and been a founding board member for several student scholarships. In June 2023, Dr. Arthur was appointed the inaugural director of alumni engagement for the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Arthur is proud to join the distinguished panel of clinicians at USEC.
